I finally found something on it....   That's what we call Biscuits and gravy with sausage in it...

 1. cat yack
A popular breakfast food item, especially in the southern U.S. Technically known as "Sausage Gravy and Biscuits." Someone who doesn't appreciate the finer things probably decided that it looked like something the "cat yacked-up" on a plate.
"I'm so hungry I could eat the north end out of a southbound skunk! Bring me full order of cat yack and a cuppa joe."

   I don't know......   :beat: we've just about beat this cat.. uh Horse to death trying
to FIG this one out...

It was this morning talking about cat yack that I thought we were into breakfast for since I am south
and we are into chocolate gravy and $#it on a shingle (gravy and hamburger meat on bread)..
and grits etc... and the biggest thrill... "mystery meat", sometimes known as green balogna....   :gross:
